Had a first interview with HR, then I took part of an interview panel, where I had the opportunity to be interviewed by 5 buyers that work for different sectors,
It was interesting and the questions were mostly behavioral ( tell me about a time when...)

Tell me about a time when you made a mistake at work
inpersonal, recruiter seemed like she did not want to be there, loud and noisy background. QUick interview boring behavioral questions. We reviewed my resume. Thats reall all. Werid skills tests and excel tests.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ross Stores
Interview
I went through and introduction interview, and was told that the main team lead was on vacation, but would go through formal interviews once they got back. I sent multiple emails in the coming month, even just to get an official NO. The job is still posted and I have never been contacted again.

Why do you think you would be a good fit for this role?
The interview went ok but they never closed the loop with me/didn't tell me that they weren't going to proceed with me as a candidate. She asked me about the salary I wanted and seemed taken aback by what I asked for even though I don't think it was unreasonable.
