Spoke with one of the managers at school's career fair, gave him my resume and received a call a few days later telling me to apply through the school's career website. A few days after that, I received an invitation for an interview on campus. I interviewed with a store manager and district manager.

Got the interview through university career center. 1st round interview was in my campus. There are two set of interviews back to back. First with a recruiter, the second one was with two current employees. It was all behavioral questions. 2nd round interview was in store. Also two sets of interview, one with another recruiter, one with the area supervisor. All behavioral questions too, but more extensive.
