Called the store to see what they were hiring for. Applied online and got an interview the next day. Interview was less than 15 minutes. I dressed in near casual attire. They offered me the job on the spot and I accepted.

Interviews are quick and easy but depending on the location, I noticed miscommunication between HR and Upper Management. Also during the interview process I asked multiple times what their pay scale was for the position but they refused to give me any further details.

It was very long but other than that I got the job. They also dont drug test & the background check takes about 3 weeks to a month. I got the job in 2 weeks because I was one of the lucky ones lol
