4 interview process. One will be with a Store Manager and the with the District Manager. If you are signed off on the Zone director and RVP will interview. You can expect a realistic interview during the process.

I had three separate interviews, one in person and two by phone. My first was in a store with the district manager who would be my direct supervisor and the next were with higher-up leaders in the company.

3 interviews, one interview with a DM which was very direct and they were transparent on what kind of store I was getting into. then zone director which is the DMs boss which was more about my goals and how they can help me achieve them,and after that the VP of the region which was their boss. I think Once you get DM approved you are good
