Very laid back, seems like they don’t care who they hire, as long as they have a warm body to watch the residents so they don’t have to. They hire those who have criminal backgrounds and abuse allegations as well as past charges of abuse. Residents really don’t get the care they deserve. You’re used beyond your scope of practice and when you’re working in their favor, they are your best friend, when you do the right thing, you’re reprimanded and talked about to your other coworkers by management.
