After filling out the application, the first step was a video interview using the HireVue app. The interview asked 4 questions in German with 30 seconds to prepare and 1 minute to record my answer. After that, I was chosen for the second interview, which was a 30 minute video interview. This interview explained more about the details of the role and I had to prepare a 5 minute practice lesson in German.
