Amateurish. Lacking basic courtesy and professionalism. I applied online and was contacted shortly afterward by an HR representative who asked several very basic questions already covered in my application, and additionally asked where I lived and whether I would work from the office five days a week. I was told that one of the interviewers was on leave and that I would be contacted once they returned. After more than a month, I heard nothing further, not even a generic rejection email.
