It was a hot mess I had to go in and interview with 4 people on a panel (I was not informed of this at the time) and they also changed 2 of my interviews while I was in the office. I also was asked to find candidates as an "activity" for two of their current active roles.
An extra person showed up to my initial screening which was a complete surprise to me and something I would never do to a candidate. Interview was pretty typical, I had given my comp expectations in the application but then I was given a lower range in the interview. Could have saved time by not conducting in the first place. I was sent a rejection the next day. The job posting stated that feedback is always provided to candidates which I loved to see! However I did not receive any feedback.

The initial screen was not very well structured, seemed all over the place. The interviewer seemed distracted , there was little presence and engagement in the interview and the questions were not valid/ reliable.
Advice: seems like a great product, would recommend building a more authentic, engaging experience for your candidates.
