Roschier interview questions

I first started working in the company as a trainee. My first interview was carried out by three interviewers of which two people were partners in the company and one was a senior associate. The interview was not very fact-oriented but rather focused on my background and the reasons for which I was applying for the job. The interviewers wanted to know something about my long-term plans and whether I intended to pursue a career in the firm. It was clearly important that I was truly interested in working for Roschier for a longer time. I was interviewed in Finnish and in English and my Swedish was also briefly tested.
