I applied online. I interviewed at Ropes & Gray (Boston, MA)
Interview
I initially spoke with a woman from HR for about 15-20 minutes, something like a pre-interview screening. I was then called back for an in-person interview with the team managers, and finally, called back for another in-person interview with the rest of the team members. Everyone was very friendly right off the bat, and the interview process wasn’t too intense. We mainly spoke about my background and experience, and then spoke about the role itself. I liked how they had each of the team members meet with me individually; it gave me a sense that everyone’s opinion was valued.

Question 1
Ask about my background, previous experience, etc. I don’t think there were any questions that were too tough, honestly.
I had a 30 minute phone interview with someone in HR. They followed up shortly after, within a few days, and asked if I could come into their office for an interview with the team manager. I had the interview with the manager, then was contacted to come in once more to interview with the entire team. I went into the office and met the team members. Later that day, I received a phone call offering me the role.
