Interview
Recruiter interview first asking your work history and pay expectations. Basic personality questions along with scenarios focusing on how you respond to stressful situations. A few questions about past medical experiences.
Interview with nursing managers then a peer interview. The peer interview was with a group of 3-4 nurses from the unit. I received an offer the same day I had the interview. It was really efficient.

Interview
HR Phone call, Behavior Based Questions with manager, Behavior based questions with peer. Week long process depending on needs of the unit. I would say their Magnet Hospital is a harder interview process.
I thought the interviewers were professional and polite. They focused on behavioral questions. I was given an opportunity to speak with higher level admin as well as current employees to inquire about day to day job responsibilities and overall job satisfaction.
