The interview took place with store manager at the store location. The tone of the interview was fairly conversational. From beginning to end, the interview took less than fifteen minutes to complete.

It was a two wave interview with the same questions on both levels. The first wave is in a group so it is hard to get noticed and the second is personal, but the same questions come back so it is hard to remember what you had said to make sure you are consistent.
