I applied online and was contacted by the recruiter. The recruiter performed the initial phone interview and then set up a time for a second phone interview with the VP of Operations. Everything went well with that interview. I was then scheduled for a face-to-face interview with the VP of Operations. We had a short and to the point interview, he then took me on a tour of he facility and spoke to me of the plans for the future of the company. I then was panel interviewed by the Asst. Manager, a visiting Operations Manager and the Channel Lead of the technicians. I then was asked to fill out a background check form and was asked to go take a pre-employment drug test. I am waiting for a call back.
