Rootcode Labs interview questions

There were 3 interviews. One online where they asked about the technical knowledge and the projects we have done. Second one was with a senior technical person, Third one was with senior management. The interviewers were friendly and respectful. Felt more like having a conversation than a formal interview. First and second interviews were very technical. They assessed if we have the foundational knowledge in software engineering and in the technical stack.

The process began with an interview with a Senior UX Designer. For the second round, I was invited for an in-person interview. This was followed by a third round with the company’s higher management.
