One screen with HR, one longer interview with HR, in-person interview with hiring manager and 3 prospective peers. The hiring manager was 1:1 and the peer interviews were as a group.

3 interviews and a test. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Interviews were in-depth, but not too challenging. The test was surprisingly easy. The whole process was rushed. I got the feeling they already had an internal candidate and I was being interviewed just so they could say they interviewed external candidates.
