      Application

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Roofr (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2026

      Interview

The interview process involved four rounds, including recruiter and hiring manager meetings, a live pilot demo, and a culture interview with a few members of the team. The turnaround between each interview was quick and well coordinated. Any time you go through several rounds with a company there is an element of challenge. However, everyone I met from the team with was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Each interview had a clear agenda and direction which is also very helpful as a candidate. Overall a very positive experience.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Roofr (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2024

      Interview

I first had a phone screen interview with the recruiter, which lasted 30min and included the usual questions to make sure I was a fit and allowed me to ask questions about the company. Next, I had a Google Meet interview with the hiring manager and a senior member of the team. This was an hour long interview in which they asked more pointed questions related to my skills, abilities and experience and how it relates to this role. We also had some time for normal conversation and I was able to ask more questions related to the position. The next step was a presentation about the Roofr system. I had to learn as much as I could about the system and do a mock client call where I showed and explained the system. They gave me a lot of time to prepare and made themselves available for a Q&A call to make sure I fully understood. This was not a high pressure situation, they made it comfortable. Overall a great interviewing experience and both the recruiter and hiring manager were amazing!
