There was 30 mins of time budgeted for the interview and it lasted just a couple minutes longer. It was a group of 2 employees interviewing me-- on of which is currently performing the job but wants to switch to business development and didn't offer much explanation why she wants to pivot out of this role. Overall I'd say it felt like an unprepared interview and "rushed" through it. When asked questions about cuture and workload I was provided a lot of vague and unhelpful "not much" or "it's great" type answers.
