I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ron Tonkin
Interview
They call to schedule an interview, and there they explain the onboarding process. It pays to follow up consistently. I would try to stay on top of hiring managers minds.
I applied online. I interviewed at Ron Tonkin (Gladstone, OR) in Oct 2023
Interview
They made us sit in the lobby for two hours past when they wanted us there, the interviewer was incredibly rude and condescending and went on a tangent about how rich he is. He then proceeded to cut off every single person mid sentence and had someone walk out mid interview. At the end he said none of us got the job and waited to try to get someone to throw a tantrum, then invited everyone back for another round of interviews. Literally the most obnoxious and disrespectful person I have ever dealt with in a professional setting, do not show up to their open interviews if you want an employer who respects your time.

Question 1
The interviewer laughed in my face when I told him I was a student and asked why I even applied and made fun of my job history in front of a room full of other potential employees
Fluid conversation discussing sales with general manager. Around 30 minutes where the general sales manager and top salesman were invited in to ask questions, gauge actual interest and if you can handle the hours. Intense but gets you to show you can sell.
