Applied online through Rolls-Royce Careers website, application process was easy. Next had to complete 5 online tests, situational judgmental,work life ethics, numerical reason, verbal reasoning and logical reasoning. At the assessment centre, had tea with assessors, then, first had to resit the numerical reasoning test. Next had a competency based interview during which had to give a 10 minute presentation as to why I am the perfect candidate for Rolls-Royce. No projectors or laptop was provided, just paper sheets and a marker. Next had to perform a 45 minutes long group exercise in a group of 5 where you really need to show involvement. Had lunch next with assessors to get to know them and the company. Followed by this was the technical interview which was about 45-50 minutes long.
