There was an assessment centre with multiple interviews and a group activity. The interview isn’t difficult on a technical level but you need social skills to be able to connect with interviewers.

They asked me about a conflict I encountered in a professional environment and how I dealt with it.
Online, AI screened, some assessment screening but very intuitive. Probably due to a lot of applicants and needing to get the numbers down. Salary range lower than expected but somewhat in line with current market expectations.

Describe a time when you had an issue with someone else
Meet with HR, then with a technical lead and group activity. Group activity involved problem solving a real life problem and reviewing afterwards on how we felt we worked as a team.
Followed by a networking event. All on one day.
