I had a fairly quick process, which might not e the normal timeframe. I applied to the graduate program about a week-two weeks before they held an assessment center. I had a phone interview, them less than a week later attended the assessment center. There you have several interviews - consisting of behavioral and business case questions. They did not provide the business case before hand to prepare. It was presented in the interview. We also completed two online aptitude/reasoning tests. They started recruiting in my university campus for the first time after I began working there.
