First interview was a behavioral process. This process consisted of asking me some of the most popular behavioral questions. After 2 weeks, the second interview was a panel interview which consisted of mostly going through my resume and giving more details about the position. They wanted me to elaborate on my experience and the type of training and equipment I used. They also ask you about why you are interested in this position.
