i applied online through their website, received an email concerning the online test. One was decision making and the other was verbal reasoning. They were fairly easy. About 3 weeks later got an email saying i haven invited to the assessment center for an interview .

The day started off with an ice-breaker conversation with the assessors over tea. A brief introduction to what we should expect then the motivation interview, technical based interview and ended with the group exercise.
