Online assessment with maptq.com followed by interview .The assessment had three parts Work-related Behavior analysis, Deductive Reasoning and final Rolls-Royce APAC Video Interview. The behavior analysis finds out the work style of the candidate through a number of situational scenarios where the candidate picks an option he agrees or disagrees. There will be a report based on the assessment. The second task in deductive reasoning was a light bulb challenge, which level up with a time limit. Third is video interview with 4 questions.
