Interview
Applied for the role in November. Initial call from recruiter a month later. Then scheduled a phone call with the hiring manager. All seemed to be going well, although slow. We are now almost in February and the in person interview has been cancelled multiple times and they are no longer replying to my emails. I really want to work here and have been very suitable for multiple roles but their recruitment process is completely broken.

Interview
An assignment is sent and then a manager interview is done. The test seems a bit confusing and non representative of the workload. Manager seems nice, I have gotten an overall average feeling about the entire process.
