Be sure to clearly explain the details of the job, including the salary, hours, and benefits. Background check: Before hiring, It's also a good practice to conduct a background check on the final candidate, to ensure they have a clean record. Onboarding: After the candidate accepts the job offer, it's time to onboard them. This includes providing them with any necessary training, tools, and equipment, as well as establishing expectations for performance and conduct.
