I have applied to Roland Berger online. After 2 weeks, I was invited to the first round. The first round consists of one online assessments and 2 interviews. The online assesements are verbal, logical, and numeracy. The first interview was with HR about my CV and motivation. The second interview was about solving the case with a senior consultant. The experience during the interviews was good, they are very thoughtful and informal. The feedback was that my case was very good, and demonstrated strong business sense. However, they rejected me because of my motivation was not good enough while I have explained very clearly my reasons and fit for consulting. I personally think they rejected me due to my non-white Dutch background, which potentially does not fit with their "European" culture. I am disappointed with the feedback.
