Relatively standard with general behavioral questions. Had a lady who seemed very nice and normal ask me standard behavioral questions that should be prepped for. Case interview was really elaborate but interesting. It was market sizing in relation to a chemical paving product and its profitability entering the market.

Globalement, le processus de recrutement s'est très bien déroulé dans sa première phase, avant de se solder par un manque total de retour de la part du cabinet.
Les points positifs :
Entretien RH : Très classique, professionnel et bienveillant.
Premier round (2 entretiens) : Les consultants et la RH ont été d'un excellent soutien. Les échanges étaient fluides, constructifs, et j'ai été très bien accompagné tout au long de ces étapes.
Le point négatif :
Le suivi (Ghosting) : Malgré un début de processus très qualitatif, je n'ai plus jamais reçu de nouvelles après ce premier round. Un retour, même négatif, est essentiel, surtout pour un cabinet de cette envergure.

Bij de eerste stap word je uitgenodigd om een capaciteiten test te maken. Deze doe je 'proctored' via een teams meeting. De test is goed te doen de tijd per vraag is kort dus trainen op snelheid helpt hierbij. daarna wordt je uitgenodigd voor een gesprek met een recruiter en een case doorlopen samen met een senior consultant. Dit wordt op een dag afgenomen en duurt ongeveer 3 uur. Als laatste stap wordt je uitgenodigd voor een partner interview en duurt ongeveer een uur. Als alles goed gaat krijg je daarna een aanbod
