3 rounds of interviews with two interviews per round; 1st round by consultant/senior consultant, 2nd round by project managers, final round by partners. Fairly typical format with behavioural + case components for first two rounds, final round depends on the partner.
The process consisted of one initial fit interview focusing on my motivation and background, followed by two case interviews with consultants. The cases were market sizing and profitability-related, both automotive, and the overall atmosphere was friendly
