Super Prozess, bis Rückmeldung hat es relativ lange gedauert, dann war Termin fix und dann 3 Gespräche an einem Tag mit anschließender Zu- oder Absage. HR'ler super nett, alle Consultants auch sehr sympathisch bis auf einer (Struki)
Second round is difficult. Partner interview is chill. The partner didn’t do a case. It was just a 30-minute conversation. The partner kinda tells you if you’re accepted or not
2 Rounds, first with senior consultant, second with partner and project leader. The format was very typical for strategy consulting starting with a fit interview and moving to the case.
