Interview
I first had an assessment test which was divided in three parts. You can find examples of their tests on their website. After the assessment test I was called for an interview with a senior consultant.
Most of the questions were based on my resume. I also had a case-study and 15 min to read it and answer some questions. They don't care that much about the answer but the logic to get it..

Question 1
First, i was asked to describe myself and my background. Why i chose consulting. He asked my precise questions based on my experience such as: you are a consultant. you go to your former employer with a project to improve their business. What would you propose them and how would you convince them to hire you as their consultant?
Initial screening by HR.
Assessment (math reading etc.) followed by 3 case interviews. Cases with progressively more senior staff as you pass each.

Interview
Not impressed with the human resources team. They are very robotic and impersonal. The interview was scheduled for 1.5 months later and there was no communication or onboarding call to explain the expectations. I was doing MBB and Big 4 interviews at the same time, this stood out as the worst energy.
