It was like a meeting session rather than an interview. It seemed that I was overqualified, yet they continue interview. No response, no feedback, no ending, no closure. It did not made me feel they are adequately professional.
The process took nearly one year to complete. There were three steps; HR interview, department head interview, and director interview. After the process, there is a background search. Finally, if you are not successful they are not reaching back.
