Interviewing with Rogue Games was a real pleasure. As we know, interviews can be stressful, but their Head of HR really made the entire process comfortable at every stage. The process consisted of a two-part phone interview, team introductions and interviews both in Seattle and LA, executive interviews and lastly a case study.
The VP of Marketing and Head of HR, were wonderful in providing feedback and notes at every stage. The position was listed for LA, but the allowed me to interview as a remote position in Seattle.
