Rogue Community College interview questions

Informal chat with lab boss. Asked some basic questions, gave me a tour, introduced me to other employees and then scheduled my first shift. Did not seem that they had to consider much outside of a general vibe read on top of my submitted application.

Screening committee based on your application and supporting documents selects candidates. Multiple rounds in front of a hiring committee, some on Zoom, some in person. Can have a screening interview by phone first about if you accept salary level and location.
