It was standard. It is easy same like all other interviews. They ask you star questions. Like what happened, what did you do to make it right and what was the resolution results. What was the outcome.

filled out online application. contacted via e-mail about phone interview time and date. spoke with human resources and scheduled a phone interview. i am still waiting on over the phone interview but if i had to guess i will be answering the same questions i did online.
