Phone screening asked relevant topical questions that helped them understand what kind of position I was looking for. No complaints about length, punctuality, or professionalism. Interviewer set up a video call as well.

They asked about my precious internship history and why I wanted to get into a sales based position
First rounds were online 3rd in-person. It was not too difficult come prepared with many questions to ask. They asked more basic questions about me, more about who I was and where I would fit in along with my preferences. Also asked me about a time I failed.
