I had a phone call with a recruiter after I applied on linked in. After that she set me up on a call with someone in leadership. They were both very nice

First rounds were online 3rd in-person. It was not too difficult come prepared with many questions to ask. They asked more basic questions about me, more about who I was and where I would fit in along with my preferences. Also asked me about a time I failed.
