Rockwell Medical interview questions

I was contacted by Don Cichowski by phone about a warehouse supervisor position. The plant manager sat in on the interview with us and they explained what problem they were having. Apparently FIFO was not being followed and some stock would have to be thrown out because of it. I offered some ideas that would eliminate the issue but they seemed to be more interested in hiring a babysitter. I thought fine if you want to pay me to do that I’ll let you. The interview was more of a discussion about the problem they were having than a traditional interview which is fine because I find those to be boring anyway.
