Poor communication and lack of organization/scheduling. Recruiter reached out beginning of July. I filled in times, but they didn't respond. I reached out mid July to see what was going on. I provided new times, but they were slow to respond and schedule. I ended up having a different interview at the time they scheduled the interview. I gave them new times mid July, but no response. Now mid August, they reach out again.
