I applied online. I interviewed at Rockfon (Elkridge, MD) in Mar 2020

Interview

Applied online. Spoke with national recruiter. Moved on to interview with Sr. Distribution Manager. Moved on to interview with VP of Operations. Had a site tour. Find out a week later that I am not moving forward in the interview process because "MAYBE" I will not be challenged enough. Really.... emailed Sr. Distribution Manager for some feedback. I doubt if I will get any answer. Very dinosaur feel.... corporate doesn't want to get better.
