I didn't get an offer but I probably learned more from this interview than any other one that I've had. They exposed a sector of my understanding that I never even realized was lacking for what I've had to do on my day to day as a dev for 5 years or my 4 years of CS education and I really admired that. It's often difficult for anyone to really know everything about full-stack because the field is new and the techs keep growing and there is no real formal education from school or the job so a lot of times you really have to know what questions to ask on youtube to properly educate yourself on certain fields. Although I get a lot of job requests because of the growing demand, getting rejected by this one was a bit of a blow because I liked the company, people, and job descriptions as a whole but I did learn a lot as well and they understood really well where I was coming from and why I made the mistakes that I did. They also treat their candidates very well with a follow up phone call, feedback, and HR is very transparent. This company was definitely the real deal.
