Interview process was very quick. I had a little trouble finding the office but when I looked at the email I realized the office is located inside the Regions Bank! It’s such a beautiful office . I liked the vibe inside the building. I met with Joseph and the hiring team. Joe asked about my past jobs, And told to tell a little about myself and why I’m interested in this position. He went over the day to day responsibilities of the position as well as the growth opportunity. Although I have management experience, I understand the importance of being cross trained in all aspects of the business in order to properly manage a team of people. I like that advancement is dependent on the individuals work so I have the opportunity to advance quickly.
