It was very relaxed. I was interviewed while touring the facility's. I was asked questions that were more personal than professional. I was interviewed by the general manager. There was no HR process. Everything went through the general manager. The interview itself took about an hour. I was offered the position on the spot. I was asked to start work immediately.
