The interview process was easy. It was very unformal. You shadowed the tech that's working. You ask questions and you get to see what they do on a day to day basis. After the interview you sit down and they asked if you liked the job. I didn't really have a interview it was more of a regular conversation. If they like you then you got the job and if not you get an email.
