Interview
I was brought on through a contracting agency. The interview is typical as far as a recruiter is concerned. The interviews that followed were a phone interview with my manager, In person interview with my manager, and then a phone interview with the director. They were great people and definitely motivated to build the team properly.

Interview questions were focused on my past experience and how they involved content creation and varying levels of planning, execution, and follow up.

Three interviews the first they referred me to a higher position then i had the interviews with the managers but the salary wasn’t good so i declined but they were friendly and i think good working environment
