Applied online via the company website. 1 hour interview. first time via skype and then face to face at the regional office in italy. Initial meet and greet giving an outline of the job role and the company etc... then they start with typical questions

Question 1
Typical interview questions like what is your experience, why are interested then tell me how you act while working under pressure? would you be comfortable managing the harware of a machine?
Gave a scenario, had to resolve a problem
3 stage interview. First interview is with the hiring manager going over the role and what it entails. Hiring manager will ask basic question around your experience.
Second interview is with another manager in the team. Similar questions/process as the first interview
3rd interview is a face to face interview. Involves a presentation going through a specific topic then questions from an interview panel (hiring manager and 2 other team managers).
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Roche (Kuala Lumpur)
Interview
First interview with hiring manager and HR. Second interview with GM. All are friendly and the GM is visionary and I like they are transparent to tell what I shouldn't aim for the role.

What are the mistakes that you make recently in workplace?
2 stage process - initial call and further video call for second round. Quite casual, discussion rather than formal questions. Nice environment, and relaxing for potential employees. Not sure if they’ve moved back to face to face
