The entire interview process was really lengthy, took approximately 2 months to process the application. To wait for a response you need 2 weeks at least. When they requested the information from the candidates, it needs to be provided in prompt, but not the other way round. At the end, I do not even get a call back to confirm whether my application succeeded or not despite that the recruiter promised to call back on next day, but never did. I really hope that the recruiter would give much respect to the rest of candidates in the future in terms of the time and effort spent, at least a courtesy call to give a yes/no answer, rather than leaving the candidates puzzled out there. Quite unprofessional given that ROCHE is such a big corporate.
