Interview
1. Easy Apply on Linked In
2. ~20 question multiple choice quiz
3. 1 hour technical interview of pair programming with a developer from RSM
4. 15 minute meet with CEO, Josh.
After that I got a verbal offer, though Josh said that I should send him the minimum hourly I am comfortable with. After the meeting, I sent him the minimum of $60 / hour. CEO emailed me back and said that my range was to high for a junior role, but if they open a senior role, that they'll contact me.
