Interview
I had two interviews, the first was online where they asked me general behavioral questions, and about two weeks later, I was invited for an onsite panel interview. After the interview, they said they would send me a take-home project. And that was the last time I heard from them; they completely ghosted me.
Sign Non-disclosure statement. Phone call, ask about salary right off the bat. Phone interview good, invites in person. Before you go, Non-disclosure statement, go see sweatshop. Nothing is explained "Here's where it all happens". Get ignored by the boss(es). No one is enthusiastic. Work for an hour. Don't get to try the burger. Leave. Waste of time.
