Interview
HR Screen -> HM Screen
HR does very little to filter and very little to assist and find a suitable role internally. The recruiter was keen on just filling her pipeline and didn't provide any helpful prep or expectations setting. HM was friendly but was not clear on what type of experience he was looking for and thus didn't resonate with the behavioral stories provided. No skills assessment but it was not surprising given the non-MAANG background of HM. They build a generalist pipeline but do not know how to assess generalist PM skills. Perhaps it could have been a bad draw on HM, so do your due diligence on the HM and their background.

Similar to most mega-cap tech interview processes, with a focus on "Robloxian" needs and topics. Enjoyable conversations all around.
