Very slow and tedious process. Additional rounds are standard, and what is expected is not totally clear in non technical rounds.
Interviewers are nice enough and seem as frustrated about the process as the interviewee

After submission, write a detailed reflection explaining your thought process, design choices, coding strategy, and what you might improve if given more time. Be clear and honest about challenges faced, what you enjoyed, and how this task tested your skills.
